Hola!

Tap your toes umorusanymi in chocolate, lest you could talk a little.
They say that life happens when we are waiting for the big event on the horizon.
They say you never stopped to believe.
They say you to do in life, what makes you pleasure.
So sit accidentally it finds itself in a cafe, I eat my favorite croissant and writes.
My joyful tworczosc was to be suspended, but that almost artistic part of me does not give up and gnawing on inside.
Okay so I think.
But after what we write?
Surely there are so many blogs ... and basically what's the point?
But ... surely you do not need to immediately be the star of any sphere.
You can simply live.
Upright, as you like, without undue spins.
Enjoy the little things.
Does everything have to have a GREAT sense?
Maybe you can do something just so on?
So I pozmienialam here a little.
It will be a lot (in pictures and writing) about life, namely: about food, cooking, traveling small and large, people, simple everyday things ... and maybe sport.
And to think that I was the greatest opponent of running began to jog ... the mountains ...
San Francisco is not an easy place to run.
But as already spits out these my lungs and reach the gore ... what are the views!
Although recently the fog does not give up.
And as part of the combustion of croissant write to you as quickly cook delicious vegan soup.

They say That life happens when we are waiting for the big events on the horizon.
They say do not stop believing.
They say to what makes you happy.
So I found myself sitting in my favorite place and writing to you.
We 'joyful art' was about to die but the artistic side of me kept biting me from the inside.
So I think: Fine ...
But what does it do for me?
There are so many blogs ... and basically what's the point?
But ... you do not need to be the winner in any field.
You can simply live.
Just as you like.
Enjoy the little things.
Does everything have to have a GREAT sense?
Maybe you can do something just because?
So here I've changed a couple of things.
You will find here a lot about life. Mostly: about food, cooking, traveling, people, simple everyday things ... and maybe sport.
And I can not believe That even though I was always against running, I've started to try to run hills.
San Francisco is not the easiest place to run or maybe it's the best?
Talking about running let's talk about food.
:)

Vegan Tomato Lentil Soup
Vegan tomato soup with lentils

Ingredients:

Garlic
Onion
Fresh tomatoes (not canned)
Lentil
Potatoes
Fresh basil
Dried parsley with parsley
Spices

Chop the garlic and onion, toss into a large pot and fry in olive oil until the onion has softened and lightly brown Aug. do. Sometimes during frying adds chopped basil and a little bit of salt, onion becomes then the characteristic aroma.
Tomatoes can be scalded and peel. I prefer versions of the peel. So we chop the tomatoes and add to the pot. We cook everything about 20-30 minutes.
At that time, we pick up potatoes and rinsed lentils (lentils can be pre-soak, but I do not see such a need) and cook until they reach a considerable softness.
Then add the potatoes and lentils to strangled tomatoes, pour water, add spices: salt, cayenne pepper (little bit!), Dried parsley and cook for approx. 10-15 min.
Part of blendujemy soup with chopped basil.
You can zblendowac a whole, but in this version of the soup is creamy but still can be found in the vegetable pieces.

Soup boil quickly and without unnecessary mess.
It is vegan, which does not contain any animal products.
Super zuper- healthy and nutritious, without broth and unnecessary syfow and believe me hit the tastes of the most demanding carnivores - has tested :)
Thanks based stewed, or onion with garlic and tomato, and a later further blending the soup becomes Deep, tomato and creamy taste.
Ideana snack before running.
In addition lentils is a full source of vegetable protein, is a great replacement livestock.
Post on vegetable eating style will appear soon.

Vegan Tomato Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

Garlic
Onion
Fresh tomatoes
Lentils
Potatoes
Fresh basil
Dried parsley
Spices

Chopped garlic and onion, tossed into a large pot and sauteed with olive oil, until the onion is soft and slightly brown. I sometimes add some salt and freshly chopped basil Which gives the characteristic aroma.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, add them to the pot, and cook everything for about 20-30 minutes.
You can peel the tomatoes, but I prefer to leave the skin on.
While they simmer, peel the potatoes and rinse the lentils. Cook them until they're soft.
(Lentils can be pre-soaked, but usually just cooking them is enough)
Then add the potatoes and lentils to the pot, pour water, add spices: salt, cayenne pepper
(Just a little bit!), Dried parsley and cook for approx. 10-15 min.
Blend part of the soup with fresh, chopped basil.
You can blend it all, but my version makes the soup creamy with some veggie pieces that chew on.

You can cook it quickly and without an unnecessary mess.
It is vegan, Which Means That it does not contain any animal products.
Super Soup - healthy and nutritious, without broth and unnecessary artificial flavors and believe me it satisfies even the most Demanding meat lovers - it has been tested :)
Thanks to the sauteed onion with garlic and tomatoes and blending it afterwards, it reaches a deep tomato-creamy taste.
Perfect snack before running.
Moreover lentils are a great source of vegetable protein, which makes a perfect replacement for meat.
I'll post about eating a plant based lifestyle soon.
